the big idea

More than a class. A place where children find their voice.

Most children have something to say. They just need the right space to say it.

At Dramaplay, we don't just teach drama โ€” we build communicators. Children who can walk into a room, own the silence, and speak with purpose. Whether your child is 2 or 12, we meet them exactly where they are and take them somewhere extraordinary.

"Listen to them, and they listen to you."

That's our founder's guiding belief โ€” the best way to teach a child to listen is to truly listen to them first. When children feel heard, they open up, engage, and give you their full attention in return.

Along the way, children learn to be social, take on new challenges, and build life skills like reasoning and empathy โ€” because every class is designed to feel like play, and for children, play is the work.

age-specific programmes

A programme for every stage of childhood

We've built each programme around the way children actually develop โ€” cognitively, emotionally, and socially.

why parents choose us

Built on trust. Backed by results.

๐Ÿงก

Founder-taught, always

Every class is personally led by Aparna โ€” no rotating teachers, no franchise formula. Your child learns from the person who built the programme.

๐ŸŽฏ

Structured yet playful

A curriculum based on the Trinity College London speech & drama framework, with clear milestones at every stage. Children grow โ€” and parents can see it happening, week by week.

๐ŸŒ

Globally recognised certification

Trinity College London examinations offer international validation of real communication skills โ€” a meaningful credential for school portfolios and beyond.

๐Ÿ”ข

Small batches, always

Every class is capped deliberately. Your child isn't a number here โ€” they're known, seen, and taught as an individual.

๐Ÿ˜Œ

Emotional growth, not just performance

Drama builds empathy, self-awareness, and emotional regulation โ€” skills that matter more than ever in the age of screens.

๐Ÿ’›

A space that feels safe

Children perform best when they feel they belong. Here, it's okay to get it wrong, try again, and celebrate the attempt.

Everything parents usually ask

My child is really shy. Will this work for them?
Absolutely โ€” this is exactly the kind of class they need. We never put a child on the spot before they're ready. Shy children often surprise everyone (including themselves) within a few weeks.
What age do you start from?
We welcome children from age 2. Our Little Storytellers programme is specially designed for toddlers aged 2โ€“4, with activities appropriate for early childhood development.
What is Trinity College London and why does it matter?
Trinity College London is a globally recognised examining board for communication and performance skills. Their graded exams are accepted by schools and institutions worldwide โ€” an internationally credible benchmark of your child's abilities beyond report cards.
How many children are in each batch?
We keep batches small, intentionally, so every child gets individual attention, feedback, and time with the teacher. Ask us about current batch sizes when you enquire.
Do I need to commit to a full term?
We recommend a term commitment for best results โ€” skills build week on week. That said, reach out and we'll walk you through the options based on your situation.
How do I know which programme is right for my child?
Just ask us. When you enquire on WhatsApp, we'll have a short conversation about your child's age, temperament, and what you're hoping they'll gain โ€” and guide you to the right fit. No pressure.
Where are you located, and when do batches start?
We're based in Bangalore, with weekday and weekend batches. Enrolment is rolling with limited seats per batch โ€” reach out to find out when the next intake opens for your child's age group.
